Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your order through our carrier’s website:

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, contact us as soon as possible at . We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Needsquish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

If the package is confirmed lost, please request a proof of loss certificate from the local carrier in your country. We will only arrange a full refund after we receive the proof of loss certificate.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please email serviceneedsquish@gmail.com  immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) within 48hours. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

If items are missing, incorrectly shipped, or have quality defects, we will immediately arrange a refund or resend. However, we do not compensate for damage caused by intentional violent destruction or normal wear and tear from use. Squishies are not made of durable materials; prolonged play or excessive force may cause the toy to break. For consumable items, after-sales claims require a complete and unedited unboxing video; otherwise, refund-only requests will not be accepted.

Delivery delays caused by customs clearance are considered force majeure events, and we will not issue refunds. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

We may not be able to arrange a refund for the shipment that is about to be delivered. A full refund can only be processed if the package is returned.

US islands: Hawaii, Guam, etc. do not support re-delivery services. If delivery fails due to address issues, the recipient not being at home, military bases, or other reasons, the item will be deemed abandoned by default and no compensation service will be provided.

💡 Squishies are made for gentle squeezing and stress relief. To keep them in good shape:

· Squeeze softly — they're not built for hard twisting or pulling
· Avoid contact with sharp objects
· Crunchy squishies have a hard inner core and a thin outer skin — best for light pressing, not heavy squeezing

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product — we'll sort it out.

Please note: if the item was intact upon delivery, we cannot offer compensation for damage that occurs during use. Squishies are consumable stress toys and may show signs of wear over time..
